gathered around a special campfire at nlqp special invite end of show  ,..special times ,.. recorded by a campfire @ www.nlqp.com one rare special summer night in 2008,..i only recorded it ,... i was homeless and living out of my truck ,.. i was at a festival at www.nlqp.com surounded by strangers yet welcomed like family ,.. i was sleeping on a near strangers couch near by and some friends near by that knew me, offered to pay my way into a show ,..the last day there after all the other campers had gone home i was about to leave when i was invited to stay at a fiends camp one more night ,..i told him ,..i only have 5$ and nothing else to add to a party,.. he proceeded to ask me if before i go ,..if i could scour the campgrounds n scavange up some fire wood for his campsite ,.. i did as he asked,.. and it did not take me long before i returned wiht a truck full of free firewood,.. his name is Grizz,... a good man,.. as i returned it was now nearing sunset ,..grizz asked me to help him build a fire , and as i did ,.. grizz knew i like to record real unscripted moments ,..he asked me if i would record an interview with him i was happy to turn the mic on ,.  this story really needs a whole book 
i did not know it when he asked me to fetch firewood ,..he had invited 50+ people to attend his fire for the night,.. later on way later on ,... that night as 40 some people stood around arround a fire singing songs playing music and sharing with each other,.. grizz pulled me to the side and said to me " do you still think ,..you have nothing to offer young man ? " as he pointed out the pile of wood still burning that kept 50+ hearts warm for the night,... this is one of the many unscripted real moments i was fortunate enuff to capture that day,... - one love
