Crazy Shit’s magical 7th edition from Eat Static comes to take you on another eclectic journey this April Fools' Day! Tune into the first transmission 1st April Tuesday 8pm CET on the Trance channel.

The forthcoming trance podcast of Merv Pepler aka Eat Static is once again an epic two hours long mix prepared with a wide range of carefully selected crazy tunes from acid techno to psytrance... Eat Static’s recent radiOzora show was prepared during Spring Equinox and amidst of the recording works of the next brand new Eat Static studio album which is to be released this year for the 25th Anniversary of the project.
Crazy Shit #7 is another 'slice n dice' session from Merv Pepler from his LabUFO studio! A pre-festival warm up set just ahead of beaming down to play at many of the world's top psy festivals this coming year. 2014 marks Eat Static's 25th anniversary and there is much anticipation for the new material which has been classified 'Top Secret' and locked away at a secret underground base at an unknown location. No one has been seen going in or out and strange lights have been seen while odd 'Phweeeeping' sounds have also been heard…rumour has it that a journalist broke into the studio one night but was then found dead in a ditch not 5 miles down the road, with a strange mark on his neck...we will update you with any further information if and when we get it...

DJ BEARDY @ The Hive | MoDem Festival 2024

This SEQUOYA Live Set contains tracks from his recently released album "Penumbra" among a few others. SEQUOYA is the project of Yan Krassowski, born in 1979 in Darmstadt, Germany. His love and passion for electronic music began in the mid-'90s at the age of 15, when he discovered the local techno scene. Early influences included DJs like Sven Väth and DJ Dag, along with first experiences in techno clubs like the legendary Omen and Dorian Gray in Frankfurt. He started spinning techno tunes at small parties until the psytrance movement shifted his musical direction.  With a group of friends, the Gecko Crew, he organized several small parties in his hometown and began playing progressive/psytrance DJ sets under the alias Yan Gecko. After several years of national and some international gigs, he joined BMSS Records and released tracks on various compilations. Yan's favorite sound has always leaned toward deep and mystical. After life-changing experiences on the dancefloor at large festivals, he fell completely in love with forest psy and more nighttime-oriented music, and in 2012, the Sequoya project was born.

Hunab Ku Records presents WINAK, Mexican power, who released a VA with purely Mexican producers called ANAHUACATEOTL last year on the Hunab Ku label. WINAK is the alias of Brandon Martínez, a DJ and producer originally from Mexico City. With over seven years of experience, he has crafted a unique sound within psychedelic music, blending dark, powerful rhythms with immersive energy across both slow and fast BPMs.  From a young age, his passion for art and psychedelia led him to explore the connection between sound and consciousness. His music is more than just a set of frequencies — it's a sensorial experience designed to awaken the senses and guide the dance floor into a deep state of connection with the universe and all living beings.  WINAK has taken his work to international stages, performing at festivals such as Psycristrance, Eudaimonia, and other events across countries including Germany, Thailand, and India. He is a member of the Hunab Ku Records label, where he continues to expand his sonic vision and impact on the global psychedelic scene.

After years of exploration, Ingrained Instincts officially came to life in 2014. Their music is hard to box in — an organic blend of styles, rich in texture and unmistakably unique. Combining analog and digital gear, and even building their own modular systems, their production stays hands-on and evolving.  Tilemachos also runs a downtempo project, Escape Velocity, with releases on Spiral Trax, Sonic Loom, Eardream Music, and more.  Signed to Sangoma Records, Ingrained Instincts have released on TIP, Nano, Future Music, Blacklite, and others, while taking their sound global with performances at Boom, Ozora, Universo Paralello, Sonica, Antaris, FreeEarth, Indian Spirit, Kosmos — the list goes on. COSMIC BRAHMA presents his Sakura Album Live Mix in this episode: "The live set is a mix of my upcoming unreleased album Sakura, which is a tribute to my father who passed away recently due to severe illness. The mix also has some of my recent releases and collaboration. All the tracks depict a storyline based on their name and I hope it will resonate with everyone around the world. Thanks for the support for all these years". COSMIC BRAHMA is the brain child of Abhishek Chakraborty who hails from the gateway city of Assam i.e. Guwahati. As the name suggests, Cosmic means "Universal" and the name Brahma is the short name for mighty river "Brahmaputra", which is the only male river and it's recognized as the child of Lord Brahma and flows through the landlocked city of Guwahati. In his journey, of 20 years and counting, he saw himself evolve from DJ Abbhy back in 2005 in Bangalore-Goa into Cosmic Brahma in 2009. He has played in various stages across Goa, Delhi, Bangalore, Dubai, Nepal and many other places. His sounds are infused with crunchy and groovy basslines with swinging percussion which is infused with a great atmosphere and squelching leads. As he says, "Music is just like a vast ocean where even a pro can't swim it across" and so for him learning never ends. Presently, he owns and manages the International music label Brahmasutra Records from India.
