With his project Muirakitan, he signed to Hekwapi Records where he is showcasing his exceptional talent in shaping acoustic landscapes and psychedelic dimensions. Muirakitan stands for an explosion of sensation and emotion, with serious and groovy basses, hypnotic melodies and tribal percussions, ought to shape a ritualistic atmosphere, connecting to our ancestors and leading it's listener to get in touch with himself through dancing. This exclusive mix contains Muirakitan's upcoming EP "Oak Roots" and also few of his unreleased and released tracks.

Since 2002, the original PH sound, made of raw power and unique character, has played an important role in pioneering the way to today’s Psytrance, with Para Halu performing at major festivals and diverse events in 40+ countries worldwide.  Two decades behind, a brand new album, Exeligmos, is out now, and a whole lot of other releases are in preparation to elevate dancefloors and take one on a mental journey through vast, playful psychedelic electronica.

PARA HALU 'Psychedelic Resonance' | Exclusive for RadiOzora / 01/03/2025

This isn’t a tale of triumphant success. Growing up overshadowed by his older brother’s gang, Andris (aka Wegha) found escape in machines and sound. From remixing Queen tracks in 1994 to discovering goatrance at a Kenguru party in 1996, he dove headfirst into vinyl and the rising psytrance scene in Hungary. While DJs like Oleg, Jirzsij, and Virág were shaping the genre with humility and craft, Wegha’s flashy, self-indulgent style still earned him spots on lineups — including the legendary Halásztelek Party in 1998, where he lingered for a decade.

He co-hosted the Deep Smile Sunday sessions with DJ Virág and launched Turbopauza, a promising live act that never reached its full potential. By 2007, he was running Szociál Klub, booking international psy acts and keeping his name alive in Budapest nightlife — until his exclusion from Ozora 2008 felt like a collective sigh of relief. But fate intervened when he replaced a sick Simon Posford last-minute. Despite brief silence, he resurfaced in 2010, hijacking Thursdays and reappearing at parties and festivals with unshakable persistence.

Though many hoped for peace in the psytrance galaxy, Wegha — the scene’s Anakin Skywalker — proved impossible to ignore, eventually landing at the top of an international festival roster. Sometimes, this is just how things go.

After years of exploration, Ingrained Instincts officially came to life in 2014. Their music is hard to box in — an organic blend of styles, rich in texture and unmistakably unique. Combining analog and digital gear, and even building their own modular systems, their production stays hands-on and evolving.  Tilemachos also runs a downtempo project, Escape Velocity, with releases on Spiral Trax, Sonic Loom, Eardream Music, and more.  Signed to Sangoma Records, Ingrained Instincts have released on TIP, Nano, Future Music, Blacklite, and others, while taking their sound global with performances at Boom, Ozora, Universo Paralello, Sonica, Antaris, FreeEarth, Indian Spirit, Kosmos — the list goes on.
