Chris Liebing returns to his CLR with two-track EP.

Chris Liebing comes back to his CLR label this April with the ‘Phantom Rider’ EP, already supported by Daniel Avery, GiGi FM, Jon Hester, and more. The first track, ‘Kaizen’, doesn’t hold back - pounding drums, cavernous dub chords, and a razor-sharp snare-laden groove all play a part in this peak-time offering. Liebing’s ‘Wailer’ completes the package, continuing with more rough and raw rhythm and wonky, unfiltered 303 lines, making for a fantastic follow-up to his acclaimed version of Emmanuel Top’s acid techno hit, ‘Turkish Bazaar’, which closed out CLR’s 2024 and has stayed at the top of the Beatport Techno charts throughout 2025.

Founded by influential techno lynchpin Chris Liebing in 1999 and reemerging in 2021 after a five-year hiatus, Create Learn Repeat (CLR) has hosted a range of artists like Shlomi Aber, Dubfire, Flug, Bjarki, DJ Dextro and more while also focusing on developing newer acts in the scene such as Risa Taniguchi, The Southern, and Klint.

Now in its second decade, with a steady stream of the most forward thinking and cutting edge techno productions, Drumcode has one of the biggest selections of releases from industry heavy hitters, whilst not forgetting its future by bringing the newest talented producers into the limelight, where Layton Giordani is now a name firmly within that line up.

The New York born, but now EU based producer first had recognition back in 2014, and his debut release came via Drumcode with his track “Rivington” on the A-Sides Vol5 compilation in 2016.

Full force into 2017, Drumcode has announced the release of Layton’s debut album with “Where It Begins” this February. Consisting of 12 original tracks, the album packs a punch when it comes to no-nonsense techno. Successfully weaving relentless drums and catchy vocal hooks into a selection of thick, brooding, atmospheric tracks.

Teasing us with a sample, Drumcode has released “Good Violence” – thumping from the get-go in true Drumcode fashion, this track is a pure dance floor destroyer. Laced in some heavy low end power, slapping percussion and a hypnotic synth pad to build up that late night tension just right.

Bereits seit fast zwanzig Jahren produziert Normen Flaskamp selbst Musik. Im Jahr 2006 starte er unter dem Alias Solee als DJ und Produzent und seit nun gut vier Jahren performt er zudem auch als Liveact. Mit der Gründung seines Labels Parquet Recordings wurde ihm das Glück zu Teil, eine eigenen Spielwiese für seine Musik und seinen enormen Output zu besitzen. Schon sein erstes Release wurde ein Hit und schaffte auf Anhieb den Sprung in die Beatport-Charts. Inzwischen hat Parquet weit über 150 Releases veröffentlicht und gibt dabei auch Newcomern immer wieder die Chance sich zu präsentieren. 

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Solee die neuste Ausgabe der Jeden Tag ein Set-Podcastreihe zusammengestellt hat. Als kleinen Bonus sind im Set auch zwei bisher unveröffentlichte Tracks versteckt. Viel Spaß mit einer Stunde melodischem Techno von dem Mann aus Stuttgart!

Formerly known as AARON 'THE PIMP', with which name he released on labels like 50HZ and KILLAZ, to name just a couple. Here is AARON TP, using for the first time his new art name! Aaron started listening to electronic music around 1994, clubbing around Italy listening to deep electronic music. Coming from a family of classical musicians and having always played instruments the step into making electronic music was only natural for him. In the year 2000 he bought his first pair of SL1200 and hasn't stopped spinning vinyl since. In 2003 he moved to London with his partner Electric Delight to pursue a career in sound engineering. Graduated at SAE college in 2004 he now works for the BBC as sound designer.

From 2007, when he got a track published on Jamie Bissmire’s 50HZ Records label, things got a bit more real. He started his own record label N7 Records, run his own club night in London “I Love Jacking” and became a known face behind the rigs of London’s underground scene. He published tracks on a variety of influential labels such as 50Hz, Industrial Strength, Killaz, Error, Jackstar and had his tracks played by artists such as Marco Remus, Pet Duo, Jamie Bissmire, Lenny Dee and Torsten Kanlzer.

In 2011 he became a father of a lovely boy who demanded a break from his very intense passion for Techno, however in the past couple of years, always evolving and looking for new sounds, he got intrigued by his friend Maxx and Elia Cordaro into a slower and darker type of techno. The heavy bass and obscure landscapes of this genre of techno are the new home of this artist, now playing both digitally and with his beloved vinyl and always blending a banging and entertaining mix of sounds. 2017 is sure to see a lot more coming from this artists who is now back on the techno horse and can't wait to "bang them fucking walls”.
