Captives Online is an exploration of virtual bondage that a lot of people experience nowadays due to the insane, unfathomable and strenuous standards of social media. There is no end to the madness and it is difficult to escape since a lot of communication, transactions, work and leisure are all conducted online. Those who are popular on any given platform, set the trends of what is unfortunately adopted as cool or worthy of reverence.

As such, the rest of the gullible masses copy these set trends in an attempt to be socially acceptable or garner popularity for themselves as well. So, I wanted to expose how vicious the cycle can get because the trends are never ending and they are getting more and more preposterous.

There are no prisons on this island and there aren't many laws due to the fact that everyone on the island knows each other and there is no crime. The people of this island help each other with different tasks everyday so that they can live happy prosperous lives as a community.

A lockdown piece compressing a number of things that I've been observing as this pandemic has been playing out. One of my faves, 20syl did a challenge and he dropped a whole bag of beats and he just asked creatives to do what they do in the #20syl36challenge . I went through the beats and ended up doing something else on the pandemic. Now as usual I have a few disclaimers. The beat was a snippet so I kinda glued it together in Logic. I had such a hard time trying to get a mix that I found decent enough (Everytime I try mixing I end up with newfound respect for engineers). And there you have it, Let Love Lead.
