Texas has produced some of the hardest rappers to date, and T6H Trill is no different. The Fort Worth emcee began her career inspired by the likes of Pimp C and Erykah Badu, building a healthy balance of hip-hop and R&B influences to draw off of. When she began making music herself, she gravitated more to a mixture of the modern-day trap musings with a clear mixture of the southern sound created by the nearby city of Houston. Releasing her debut record “Bitter” in 2019, the twenty-two-year-old showed off her ability to rap over smoother instrumentation and flex her vocal cords a little bit. He debut album, “Mentally Corrupted,” shows off this and her more aggressive side on tracks like “Gun Crazy 2,” where you can find her packed by energetic production while she raps with an untapped ferocity. Apart of the T6H collective in her city, Trill is not looking to take her foot off the gas any time soon!
