Piano solo variations on the theme "Träumerei" by Robert Schumann

The process of this composition relied on the dreams I had whilst composing it and there was conscious effort to derive music material from those dreams which lasted for roughly 10 days. A practice that I will like to develop as I find it almost freeing to surrender to what comes forth from the subconscious.

Dreaming of Variations

This instrumental piano album, 'Fading Embers', explores the profound emotional landscapes found within the quietude of night. Each piece, crafted in the Romantic style, represents a journey through introspection, longing, dramatic outbursts, and eventual serene resignation.
