T_Zed is the post-9/11 brown Muslim man with the tan, and XIII is his theme song. Digging into the "towelhead" vibes first introduced in Eat The Rich, this track is about embracing the wild, fantastical caricature of Muslims that xenophobes fear their daughters dating; "Jihad, crash planes, burn down, slowly; Sharia, Amerikkka, Manifest Destiny." With screaming guitars and vocals, XIII has a beat you can lay back into while keeping you on your toes with layers of rock and hip-hop. XIII is supposed to be unlucky, but T_Zed's been embracing anachronism his whole life.
