Our new Various Artists comes with artists known to all who have followed us for some time, and some of the most promising names in the new rave scene here in Europe. Fantastic Union Trance Mission duo DJ Reiz and Red Scan open things up with what can only be described as the perfect first track, a combination of modular noise and euphoric chords. Next up is label boss Vizionn with a classic yet efficient breakbeat/hard trance acid track, perfect to fire up your nearest rave. Jean Terechkova, the young prodigy from Bretagne, brings us her signature melodic hardstyle, combining complex notes with groundbreaking drops and drums. DRVSH, one part of the know well-known Midnight Vices duo, drops an original and complex trance track which will surely appeal to afficionados of the genre, while Flymeon closes things off with a gut-wrenching acid and vocal track which would have its place in any mainstage techno set.

To celebrate its landmark 20th release, Monnom Black invites you to enter The World of Monnom Black II – a return trip to techno's most uncompromising landscape. The triple vinyl release features 14 hand-picked contributions from the label’s trusted collaborators alongside cutting-edge artists new to the roster; making this compilation one of the label’s most varied and innovative collections yet.

On The World of Monnom Black II, new artists including VTSS, DIMI (AnD), Vladimir Dubyshkin, Hadone, Fractions, LDS, Aahan and Buried Secrets all throw down tracks which fuse tight machine rhythms with intricate detail. There's also a return for many established label favourites such as UVB, Dax J, Zanias and Thomas P. Heckmann as Knarz.

To round out the compilation there’s a re-release of the timeless 1998 cut, “Devious Methods,” from legendary artist, Hive, and Tellurian’s hardcore classic, “Big Bad City,” gets a new mix from Dax J.
 
This release further confirms Monnom Black’s reputation for representing raw analogue music and cements the label’s place as the home of some of the roughest and classiest contemporary sounds in techno.

Bours? brings us a solid 100% booty-moving groover with a famous horn sample known to most electronic music aficionados, while Union Trance Mission bosses DJ Reiz and Tonni3000 lay out the grounds for their new neo-trance style. If your thing is harder acid, check out Jaëss with his insane kick and bassline or Dica with a UK acid-inspired dancefloor destroyer. The ones for whom 145 BPM is too high will be pleased to discover Tachycardie's little gem 'Kaikoura', which brings the power without the watts.
