It has been a year of both heartbreak and loss and throughout that season somehow my brain was altered to believe that I am a continuous Burden in my loved ones lives.
I felt that I neglected them as I went through my stages of grief however through all that they stood by me as I will continuously stand with them in all stages of their lives.
Burden is my cry, Burden is my apology and my realisation that unconditional love can save you from all sorts of Darkness<33
