havent done any proper mega man music in some time. as it so happens, my good friend forple has been working on a romhack of mega man II GB that completely overhauls its music, and asked me to do a custom track for the game's erstwhile-title-screen-theme-recycling final level. as im sure you know by now, im a sucker for any romhacking project. i was powerless to refuse.

So, as the title says, today is not only my birthday, but also the day that I announce that I have a new PC that's much better than the last one, and with it come some changes in the quality of my uploads.
