Whether it be as a producer, label owner, mastering engineer or DJ, for the past 15 years Andreas Henneberg has worked tirelessly as one of the most productive people in the world of electronic music. A born and bread ‘Berliner’, Andreas loves and still vibes off the city’s unique energy. A founder of “Voltage Musique Records” and “Cascandy”, Andreas has also, for some years now, been an established member of the Bremen based Plantage 13 family.

His own productions will always sit in that unrestricted hazy space between Tech-House, Minimal and Techno and his first appearance on Ideal Audio was his 2009 double-header “Federfarben.” This was followed later that year by the fantastic “Aquaree” EP. With a number of tracks already under his belt in 2011, including a remix of Victor Lovers on Soma Records, Andreas returns to Ideal Audio with his latest work, “Tenses.”

The title track is a combination of bubbling synths and abrasive strings, yet these are kept at bay by the tracks innate underlying deepness. On the remix, another Ideal artist - Sebrok - keeps thing deep. His relentless beats are consistant throughout as he builds a frantic synth to its peak, before falling away into those beats once again. Third and final track “Glash” has a somewhat eerie feel from its opening beats. Its popping riff and pulsating bass build and drop as a simple melody takes over, all combining to create the most insatiable of grooves.

After the last massive releases, SNOE is happy to up the stakes with an EP from the labelboss himself Andreas Henneberg. With him on board he has Luca M and Channel X. This four track banger gets right into a funky mood with „Proper Job“ and it’s on spot kicks accompanying driving hihats and spinning sounds. „On The Fat Tracks“ rips up the dancefloor with it’s wobbling synth and catchy percussions. This combined with an uplifting vocal piercing through the rolling groove brings the energy level in this song to the max. Luca M’s remix of “Proper Job” gives a nice acidic techno twist to the EP with some killer groove-work and the touched up vocal. Channel X takes the vibe of “On The Fat Tracks” and turns it into a freaky dance kick in their own style with a pushing bassline moving forward with the twisted synth in what becomes an ever-escalating synergy of moving sounds.
