Solkyss are back with a four track blender. On the A side are two thumping tracks from the Stockholm based duo Subdued Camel - one rolling deep and one soaring airily. 

On the B-side we find Solkyss regulars with two tracks that differ in character. Lonely Shark is an afterglow tune with a driving beat set under an experimental soundscape. From Ensam comes another sun struck, playful piece with that signature cinematic dreaminess he showcased on his debut EP Eee.

Ab 2009 veröffentlichten wir auf unserem Schwesterlabel Bureau B die inzwischen vergriffene Compilations „Funky Fräuleins" Vol. 1 und 2 sowie "Beat Fräuleins". Zu diesem Zweck trugen wir auf Flohmärkten etc. kartonweise Schallplatten und Memorabilia zusammen. Dabei fielen uns Tonbänder der Marke "Orwo" in die Hände (siehe Bild unten) Mangels Abspielmöglichkeit lagerte das Band jahrelang ungehört bei uns im Büro. Jetzt kamen wir dazu es abzuhören. Es befindet sich ziemlich tolle Musik drauf, wohl gesungen von "Charlie Keller". Den spärlichen Hinweisen und den Texten zufolge muss es sich um eine Künstlerin aus der DDR handeln, die Aufnahmen sind wohl Ende der 70er entstanden. Leider findet man nichts über "Charlie Keller" im Internet noch sonst irgendwo, die Aufnahmen sind zu mit 99%iger Sicherheit bisher unveröffentlicht. Wir sind gerade dabei das Material zu sichten, zu restaurieren und Informationen über die bisher unbekannte Künstlerin sowie diese Produktion zusammen zu tragen. Wir würden das Werk gerne veröffentlichen und wären über Informationen zu Charlie Keller dankbar.
