Musical duo, JMV and DVN - two artists who individually, achieved success in their own respective musical spaces, joined forces to bring us a collaborative project, titled TAF. The two met while working on projects they were both asked to lend their talents to, and quickly discovered they shared a similar industry background, as well as a shared vision around future ventures. 
While they both had experience working for major record companies (Virgin/Columbia), JMV and DVN wanted the freedom to pursue projects independent of label powerhouses. Their vision was to create a sound that is minimal, raw and thought invoking; combining industrial grade beats with urban drums, laced with smooth entrancing melodies. Letting the creativity flow without a predetermined format or restriction allowed room for the unexpected. Hints of cinematographic, atmospheric Hip Hop, House, New Wave, R&B, Sub-bass, emotions and synths are effortlessly infused into a series of records to come from T A F.
