2^(1/7): Risas y brisas

17 EDO work in progress. I wanted to create something that clearly wasn't 12 EDO but also didn't sound weird. (I know, not too xen, is it?) This uses quartal harmony, and therefore the sagittal note names are pretty ordinary: G, A, B\!!/ (or Bb), C, D, F, like the key of F with no major 7. But I avoid using the thirds with the root, and the key chords are G-C-F and D-C-F-G. Those chords don't sound that different in 12 EDO, so I had to make the melody more varied to bring out the flavor of 17. I do that with some chromatic runs and that emphasize the narrow steps and things of that sort, but again, mostly avoiding the more dissonant tones except in passing.

It's not complete. It repeats where I would prefer to develop. Needs a bridge and a repeat, or something.
