Lightning Effect's career is an inspiring journey built on passion, adaptability, and continuous learning. His story began in 1996, when an opportunity for vocational training allowed him to transition from the jewelry industry to the dynamic world of audio and visual technologies. This marked the beginning of a new chapter in his life, paving the way for him to become a true specialist in his field. In 1998, he joined one of the largest production companies of the time as a sound technician. This role gave him the opportunity to apply his technical expertise across various environments, including live TV broadcasts, film sound mixing, and dubbing for series and documentaries. During this period, he successfully adapted to the digital revolution, moving from the Akai DD1500 16-Track System to the digital platform Nuendo—a major milestone that reflected his commitment to staying ahead of technological innovation. The new millennium sparked a fresh passion for electronic music. Inspired by the sets of world-renowned DJ/Producers, Lightning Effect ventured into the realm of progressive house DJing. He performed at numerous local clubs and events, with his exclusive sets broadcast on various local and online radio stations. Around the same time, he also strengthened his experience in the audio industry by taking on technical roles in live performances with many well-known singers. After years of amateur music production, Lightning Effect released his first EP in 2007 under a different artist name, officially stepping into the music industry. Over time, he experimented with various Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs), and as of March 2024, he became an official user of a leading professional platform—demonstrating once again his dedication to learning and growth. The Lightning Effect project was launched with its debut release on May 3, 2021, marking a significant milestone in his musical career. Since then, he has achieved consistent success across diverse music scenes. He has been featured multiple times on Cafe De Anatolia REC labels, which have played a vital role in his artistic journey. His distinctive style has been widely recognized and appreciated by listeners worldwide. Under both the Lightning Effect and his main artist name, he has released nearly 700 tracks across 25 different record labels, including remixes and collaborations with other artists. He has repeatedly earned spots on Beatport’s Top 100, Hype, and Chart listings—further establishing his reputation as a respected figure in the global electronic music scene. Today, after retiring from the information security industry, he continues to work as an Inside Sales Representative at an information security firm. Lightning Effect’s journey continues to inspire, and his contributions to the music industry will undoubtedly remain significant for years to come.
