Instant Tranquility Practice

As you activate your in-breath, let go of a passive exhale, and eliminate any pauses, this interconnected circular breathing allows you to come out of stress responses faster and easier.
Like water flowing from a fountain, it requires energy for the water to move up and no energy to fall. 
Inhales and exhales are of equal duration and free from gaps.
When you practice interconnected circular breathing, any areas in your body that restrict energy flow appear as resistance, tension, or pain. 
This technique can help you identify and release these blockages, promoting a more relaxed state.

Breath Awareness Practice
