My newest song I wrote Sep 30, in the wee hours of the night, 1-3am... A few lyrics came to me awhile back, I usually always come up with a melody first then the lyrics, but this time happened differently, once I hit the D chord then another, it all just came together very fast, as a songwriter, these unexpected nights always amaze me, I've never been the type to say oh I'm gonna write a song today...they've always just came to me. These were feelings that weighed very  heavily on me almost a year ago now, strange how I wrote this now...guess it's a closure song that I needed deep down. Sometimes things can just surface.  I hope someone out there can relate. Recorded live tonight on my 60's Baldwin, Rode NT1 mic, hooked into a Tascam Portacapture x8. Thanks so much for listening!! “Light After the Leaving” is about dealing with loss and slowly finding your way back to yourself. Trying to put into words what it feels like to carry someone’s memory while learning how to move forward again. The track talks about the quiet moments, the heaviness, and the small steps that help you heal bit by bit. Every verse is about accepting what’s gone, holding on to what mattered, and choosing to rise with whatever strength you have left.

Jericho Records USA – The Story Behind the Sound

So, you’re here… and probably wondering what Jericho Records USA is. It’s not your typical record label. The original Jericho Records was an independent label my father started back in the 1950s — this one is something different. This is my life’s work. My story.

Every song you hear here was written or co-written by me. Music has been in my blood since the day I took my first breath. I grew up singing in church with my parents — my father led the music ministry, and my mother played piano. I picked up the drums at age 5, guitar by 7, then bass, saxophone in school band, and eventually piano.

I’ve been in multiple bands, written close to a thousand songs, and I plan to write at least a thousand more. I’m a graduate of Full Sail University with a degree in Audio Production, blending traditional recording with modern techniques.

I’m a man of many hats and many names — every project has its own sound, its own world, and its own voice. But no matter the name, it all comes from the same place: truth, passion, and purpose.

I’ve been blessed to work with incredible people along the way, including Dez Dickerson, the legendary guitarist for Prince and The Revolution, who recorded and produced one of my records, and Tim Gaines, bassist for Stryper, who also performed on that project. I’ve shared the stage with bands like Drivin’ N’ Cryin, Corey Taylor, Saving Abel, Hinder, Avenged Sevenfold, and many others.

Every song I create is born from something deeper — divine inspiration, lived experience, or imagination. I use a mix of real instruments, live performances, VSTs, and modern AI tools to bring each track to life.

Jericho Records USA isn’t just a label. It’s a journey. A sound. A story I’m still writing. I hope you’ll find something here that connects with your own.

CYBER CHORD writes songs the way a porch light holds a night: small, steady, and impossible to ignore. I work with AI as a true co-writer, then carve the lyric by hand and shape the track in Suno. The sound leans bare and human—country roots in the soil, a little rock grain in the teeth, and a faith-lit lift that chooses hope without preaching.

Hey! Thanks for stopping by!:) All recordings done on my old Baldwin piano that my amazingly talented grandma gave me. I'd like to think it holds some magic. All original songs, recorded live. I took a few years of classical lessons when I was very young. Fond memories bicycling down E. Brown street to my lessons. Dearest Faye...sweetest teacher ever. 

Throughout the years I'd always tinker on my Mom's old 1900 Ludwig piano through passing, playing songs I had learned, like Fur Elise and The Spinning Song, but it wasn't till I was in college when I fell in love with those keys. There was an old upright in the student center that I'd sneak off to late at night, and ever since then the playing has never stopped, and it never will. I never knew I could even make up melodies, let alone write a song. What a therapy it has been over the years, expressing myself through experiences, and feelings of the hopeless romantic in me. God is good! I'm so thankful. I hope to connect with many and make new friends. Hope you enjoy the songs!:)

Nicholas Madrigal is an American artist singer-songwriter, director born July 7, 1997 (07/07/97) in Sacramento, California. They are known by their stage name Lil Bruh Gwop in the United States and Europe. Gwop has always harnessed a passion for art and creative writing since the age of five. In schooling, Gwop excelled in art and japanese classes; spending most of their teen years expressing themselves creatively, and producing music. Excluding a deleted discography from 2014-2017.

Emerging from the dark corners of the internet’s, alternative underground scene; Gwop's discography is a testament to an artist’s creative versatility and evolution. From debut collaborations over the last decade, which introduced listeners to emotive storytelling, witchcraft & atmospheric soundscapes such as “The Wired” a collaboration with Chiaki J. Konaka and Ryūtarō Nakamura, the creators of the anime Serial Experiments Lain. A match made in heaven for their audience. This collaboration has garnered attention from fans of both art & anime.
