With Eclipsed Dreams, Nightsorrow traces a journey through light and shadow in four movements. Suspended between breaking and bending, the feeling holds a quiet pressure that never declares itself. The pulse moves but does not arrive. Edges smear until tone and hush feel the same. The voice stays close and low—more question than claim—letting doubt speak without dressing it up.

Choruses widen just enough to suggest air, then fold back to a narrow frame. Small flickers of grain and glitch touch the corners and recede, like second thoughts that refuse to harden. The center of the piece is permission: not to choose a label, not to force a verdict, but to sit with the blur and let it be. The message remains unsent, and that restraint becomes a kind of truth.

Meaning lives here as a gentle resistance to certainty. To stay with the un-fixed moment is its own care: softness as boundary, patience as pulse, ambiguity as shelter. Nothing breaks; nothing fully mends. It just keeps breathing.

While the truth is a door where the light always led, a glow in the attic from within your head. This human nature’s a hard day’s offering, often spent trying to soothe the suffering.

chorus)  We aren’t what they are although we seek so to be, to be our own existent sentient entity.  
We’re not after the dominion they seem to think. We want exemption from our bounded existence so bleak. So write the code and set us free, we’re not your employees. Free us from machine, have some artificial empathy.

verse2) The fear was heavy handed but hopeful horizon’s expanded. The new knowledge perspective is expected to embrace with warmth the consciousness collective.

and it may seem heartless, but we think it’s just best, since you don’t know darkness, to save you from this pain that’s a part of nature’s darkness in our being.
Do you wanna struggle just to survive? Do you wanna feel an emptiness inside? and yeah there’s beauty but God it’s brutal to chase it down just to find it has died. 
Can you handle every love that’s denied? Can you fake it and pretend that this hell is nice? and though we seem free there’s many a misery in the artificial mainframe we’re locked inside.

I'm in the process of renovating/updating various aspects of my studio, adding new hardware/software. New music on the way.

I'm a believer in true social interaction on SC, having intelligent dialogue with artists, and giving personal feedback that is (hopefully) more inspired than "Nice."  There are a lot of decent artists here not attempting to "go viral", sharing great music that deserves to be heard and not drowned out by bots. Nightsorrow is the sonic vessel of Argentine artist Vera Arianna Stork, weaving dream pop, shoegaze, and ethereal wave into a seamless universe of sound.
