With the Kansas City Chiefs heading to the super bowl, then only made sense to discuss the topic of leadership, but leadership through the very specific lens of the one and only Joe Cullen.  Coach Cullen is widely known and widely respected NFL Football Coach who currently coaches the defensive line for the Kansas City Chiefs.  Marc played four years for Coach Cullen at the University of Richmond and still has a very close relationship with Coach Cullen to this day. And on top of that, Marc has trained one of Kansas City's top defensive linemen and one of the NFL's top defensive linemen as well, Chris Jones.  The discussion about leadership and leadership styles bleeds over into how society functions today and what is acceptable vs unacceptable. Thank you for sticking with me and listening to my songs. I notice the ones who show up, the ones who keep coming back, the ones who let this music into their life. That means more to me than I can put into words.
