Octopus Trance Radio 131 (May 2025)

This is a live recording of my dJ set at Technical Dooficulties in May 2025 by Berlin Calling Events, in FNQ, Aus. This was a very fun one to play, all music is released on IONO Music. I didn't realise there was a mic plugged in so apoIogies for the crowd noise. Slight glitch in the matrix @ 1 hour and 10 minutes, due to a corrupt track / file I missed during my USB prep.

Dual Vision is a project born in 2012 from the union of Michele Pedrotti aka Kettenburg and Matteo Paternoster aka DJ Ego.
Michele & Matteo are longtime friends and have both been individually active in the world of electronic based dance floor music production. 
Dual Vision phenomena is rich of contaminations, full of colours and is always evolving and changing during the carrier.
After many years of collaboration Matteo left the project and at the moment Michele continues his musical journey exploring new ways happy to be able to maintain a project he cares a lot.

PROTOBASE is a Psytrance/Trance project by Ralf Dietze based in Berlin. He is a music producer, DJ and sound designer.

Ralf is a former member of the legendary project Protonica. He has been shaping the international Psytrance scene for three decades. From Europe to Asia to Australia as well as North and South America, Ralf has played the world with his music and made the dance floors glow with his driving, powerful and melodic sound. Countless and unique memories have remained and have clearly imprinted themselves in the hearts of the fans.

Ralf's electronic roots have their origins in the Acid Techno of the early days as well as in his love for old synthesizer music. Collecting records was his great passion back then. His DJ beginnings (Ralle Aus Halle) can be dated to the mid-90s. This was followed by an event decoration project (Sehnsedahastes) and a radio show. Ralf moved from Halle (Saale) to Berlin in 2005 to study sound design. He successfully completed his studies. In 2004 he founded Protonica together with Piet Kämpfer.

With PROTOBASE, Ralf creates a new basis to bring melodic structures and elements from Trance and Goa back into Psytrance - the musical core elements of his past and ingredients for the future - his heart's desire! Because: "Music is an attitude towards life, balm for the soul and makes the heart happy!“

Since 2025, he also teams up with Swiss artist DRUIDIUM as PROTONIUM, exploring EnergyPsy and Psytrance. Together they joined PSYPOOL Records (Switzerland) - a label that bridges spiritual energy with technical excellence, ranging from deep, immersive FullOn to energetic progressive elements driven by emotional intention and dynamic power.

Ralf also hosts the PSYTRANCE GEMS radio show on DI.FM and explores the world of Techno under his alias COLLIDR - an outlet for his hypnotic, driving electronic expression.

Techsafari Records, based in Montreal, Canada, is a leading progressive and psychedelic trance label founded in 2013 with the launch of its debut compilation “Dreamscape,” expertly curated by label founder DJ Rikam—a devoted pioneer with over 30 years of experience in the global electronic music scene. Give_Way is the full-power psychedelic trance project engineered by Max Quinn, based in the mountains of Far North Queensland, Australia. Drawing deep influence from his roots in heavy metal and hardcore, Max crafts a driving, psychedelic, adrenaline-fueled  journey that spans the vast neural network of the extraterrestrial psyche. 

Dedicated to the dancefloor since inception in 2013, Give_Way has become a pillar in the Far North Queensland festival scene, consistently navigating dancefloors at events such as NYX Festival, Zero dB Festival, Orin-Aya Festival & Collaborations Festival, along with interstate bookings such as Omega Festival (NSW), Aetheria Festival  (NT) and the cancelled Esoteric 2025 (VIC). Recently signing to psytrance record label massive, Profound Records, Max is super excited to be a part of the family and is very excited for his future ahead with the label.

Attika (Divinity Records) is a Hungarian Psytrance performer with over 20 years behind the decks in several genres. 
With a mission is to deliver the trance melodies and powerful beats for every psychedelic lovers.
Attika is known from many events and festivals and he's running Octopus Trance Radio since 2016. He's also a member of the Hungarian duo Terra Mission.
