Spanish Shots es un proyecto que a nacido con dos propósitos, el primero es facilitar a las nuevas generaciones que empiezan a escuchar Reggae y Dancehall la búsqueda de música nacional de este género, ya que en un solo mixtape podrán escuchar a la parte mas representativa de la escena actual. Y el segundo es intentar exportar nuestra música fuera de nuestras fronteras aprovechando las facilidades que Internet nos da en nuestros tiempos. Que mejor formato que un mixtape con lo mejor del ultimo año para saber que se esta cociendo en España si no vives aquí.

El mixtape se compone de dos cd’s, uno orientado al roots y lovers, y el segundo a dancehall y bashment.

En ellos disfrutaremos de mas de horas en las que iremos sobre volando todo el territorio nacional, de la mano de artistas veteranos, otros actuales ya consolidados, y alguna nueva promesa que sorprenderá a mas de uno. De Vigo a Málaga pasando por Bilbao, Madrid o Barcelona entre otras.

Mas de 100 tracks exclusivamente made in Spain, y exclusivamente del año 2012 que nos acaba de dejar.

La selección, mix y master han sido realizadas por Lucas aka Mad Shak, miembro mas activo de Chronic Sound.

Todo el apartado gráfico ira a cargo de Albertini Dubbers aka Skinny T.

The One Man Army. Uno de los DJ’s, selectores y productores mas activos en España, pionero en el Reggae/Dancehall en su ciudad natal Burgos.
Dancehall, Raggamuffin, Rub A Dub, Dem Bow, Hip Hop, Afrobeat... y cualquier género que se fusione o coja referencias de la música jamaicana suenan en su selección. 

En su curriculum mas de 700 sesiones en directo en los mejores clubs, salas y festivales de todo el país, y en estudio casi 100 Cd Mixtapes, con asiduidad desde 2002 hasta el día de hoy, repasando las novedades cada año con sus #DancehallNews , y otras temáticas como sus tributos en la serie #OneManOneMixOneLove, o su ya clásico #SpanishShots, que durante años seleccionó lo mejor del año en España.

En directo ha trabajado de Dj para artistas nacionales e internacionales de la talla de Ward21 (Jamaica), Kabu Banton (Panamá), Banton (CostaRica) SkarraMucci (UK), Chukki Starr (UK), Daddy Freddy (UK), Deadly Hunta (UK), Lyricson (Fr) Mr.Rango, Little Pepe, Green Valley, Capaz, Shotta, Tosko, Chulito Camacho, Mad Muasel, Hermano L, Lasai, Novato, Dakaneh, KinkyBwoy o Yeyo Perez entre una larga lista. 

Como productor musical es creador de varios riddim albums y decenas de singles junto a diferentes cantantes.
En 2012 fundó su propio sello discográfico independiente (Chronic Records) con el que ha respaldado y publicado +200 referencias propias y de otros artistas.

Como promotor (Dancehall Xplosion Festival) cuenta con una experiencia de 33 ediciones del festival, en 10 ciudades diferentes, sumando mas de 25.000 asistentes en total.
