Ecstatic Dance Phenomena with our resident dj and co-founder Mridu.
That Saturday at Armonia retreat center we all experience a very special session. We started the dance and some funny circumstances stopped us in the opening circle. In the meantime, more and more people kept on coming like the sessions interrupted for them to arrive.

Finally the dance started, in the pick of the wave when the energy and music were high up to the sky, was playing the historic track from "The Prodigy - Out of Space"  the sound system collapsed. It took us 3 4 minutes to bring the sound back. In that time the dancers kept on singing "I'm gon' send him to outer space To find another race" and drumming with their hands into the wooden floor. Fucking YES to that, to that spirit of spontaneity, connection, and aliveness.

FSTU Ecstatic Dance Chinese New Year of The Tiger w/ Kaifi & Mridu 02/22

We experienced a journey beyond limitations; in the Ancient land of South Crete, Terra Preveli. We met all as one, holding hands. The space opened with an FSTU Heart Guided meditation, and YES we got in the Universal Spiral Vortex. Suddenly there were no more dancers; there was only the dance, flowing into the river of life, emerging with the 100years old olive trees and the crystal clear waters of the Preveli River. 

An Experience beyond, the beyond, a new start, a Welcome of Creta Earth to the Ecstatic Radiance enthusiasts. From Deep heartful connection to deep groove baselines and even to the intense psytrance Milkyway galaxies. We flew all the way to the unknown and back to our bodies; we connected with the unconditional love that is always there and ..... psssss boom !!!

Ecstatic Dance @ Die Before You Die Retreat Lithuania - Closing Integration Session - 05 - 15 - 2022

An Intimate Ecstatic Dance at Paradesia Community on the east side of Crete Island. Meeting new places, communities and sharing Ecstatic Dance is always one of our causes, this time, we travel to the East side of Crete. That part of the big island of Crete is a less touristic, quiet, and retreat area of the busy and loud Crete. 

We meet beautiful people and share an exceptional Dance with Mridu, Roy opening the session with live guitar & Asimina sharing a sound healing session with Mridu with singing bowls.

At Armonia retreat center that night of the 10th of December, female energy had taken the dancefloor. There is nothing else to do than surrender to what is !!! Soft, fragile, but strong and wild at the same time !!!
