Why does it feel like everyone else is moving forward, while you’re stuck living life out of order? Here’s the hard truth: comparison is a silent peace thief. When you measure your messy, nonlinear reality against others’ carefully curated timelines and highlight reels, you ignite stress, judgment, and paralysis. You start thinking: “I should be further by now,” or “I’m failing because my progress isn’t as clean or fast.” But life rarely, if ever, unfolds in neat rows like we want it to. The holiday season is notorious for turning you into a checklist machine. By the time Tuesday is here, that list is already gnawing at your energy and your spirit. You're already wiped out just thinking about the week ahead. Sound too familiar? Well, here's your escape:&nbsp;Your to-do list does not anchor your life—your heart is the anchor.
