Armani Safiya, commonly referred to as Misses LadySmith; is an American songwriter and composer who applies inspiration from various artists from the west coast to east coast. Originally from Michigan, Armani Safiya carried out her adolescence listening to underground artists including Doughboyz Cashout, Cash Kidd, and Kash Doll while taking inspiration from main stream music artists such as Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Foxy Brown, Lauryn Hill, Gucci Mane and Kevin Gates. 

In the early 2010s Armani Safiya had relocated to the West Coast in Sacramento California and began exploring her creative outlet through the performing arts. This includes her introduction to songwriting, track building, and performances. 

Further into adulthood, Armani Safiya had utilized her musical expertise to establish a strong foundation for her music across all platforms. After relocating to the PNW In the early 2020s, Armani Safiya takes her first steps into the music industry with her Debut Single - Geekin.
