Fresh Beats Radio Show #24 with Jay Clarke, Priscilla And Xian - Netil Radio

The third release on Fresh Beats record label flies in on the creative wings of Poisoned Dove with his debut EP “Friend Interesting”. FRBR003 is an immersive journey, which was sculpted during the Advanced Music Production Course at the London School of Electronic Music (LSEM) under the guidance of expert tutors.
Poisoned Dove’s EP is a captivating sonic alchemy. It begins with slow-burning, deep bass lines that create the mysterious allure of ‘Friend Interesting’, the first track that also names the EP. Stuttering vocal snippets emerge from the shadows, creating an atmospheric backdrop that's both restless and enchanting, adding a rhythmic complexity and giving each beat a magnetic force.
‘Sleep Walk’ follows up on a rhythmic adventure as detuned synths weave a hypnotic tapestry. The driving and purposeful beats set the stage for an intense experience, while the ethereal synth stabs echo in euphoric waves. This track is a direct injection of energy, leaving an indelible mark on the auditory senses.
The third track ‘Back In’ is a dreamscape with a filthy bassline that creates a pulsating rhythm. The deep bass establishes a purposeful groove, while atmospheric elements transport the listener to a surreal dimension. Percussion punctuates the dreamscape, adding dynamic layers to the overall composition.
Last but not least, closing the EP with a flourish, ‘Mimosa Close’ is an ethereal masterpiece. Eerie vocals dance with detuned synths, painting a picture of haunting beauty. The driving force of the deep bass and atmospheric resonance creates a captivating blend, leaving a memorable mark on the sonic landscape.
