Originally written for IOU Theatre's opera "Cold Fusion". The song describes London after all the humans have gone and the animals take over. This is an alternative setting of my lyric.

I specialize in piano & keyboards and slide guitar (resonators & electric) and lap steel (Weissenborn & electric) and enjoy playing blues on Spanish & Arabic instruments of the lute family (laud, saz and cümbüs). I studied composition with Helen Glatz and sitar with Ustad Imrat Khan. I worked for many years as a composer and writer for radio (BBC3 & 4) and in the theatre. Currently writing bits and pieces for the Times Literary Supplement, teaching blues piano and slide guitar and doing a few gigs, mainly around Mid-Sussex. I especially like playing the guitars that I've built myself (Guitarras Cuervo) and I play most styles of piano, especially old-time blues (See Green Door Store, Brighton on Facebook). On guitars I use Diamond bottlenecks and tone bars. At 73, (blues musicians get better with age) I'm happiest of all when I'm out busking down in Lewes (but only when the sun shines). I love recording and working from home although I don't rule out anything as long as the music is right. Money helps too. Thanks for looking and listening.
