Back in 1999 it was rumored that Disney was planning on releasing a companion animated series that tied into the events of their first live-action Inspector Gadget movie.

This 'Completely Wired' iteration of Inspector Gadget would have been a more competent version of the titular character.

Disney released over 40 pieces of physical merchandise to promote the upcoming animated series including Mattel produced figurines, plush dolls of Gadget, Brain and Scolex, dozens of watches, candy dispensers and the poster art featured on this album cover.
