Moonlight Serenade Year 3036, the Third Empire of Human spans hundreds of star systems, only accessible by a faster-than-light spaceship. No other intelligent beings have ever been encountered, not until a light sail probe enters a human system carrying a dead alien. After a search that lasted thousands of years, humans stand on the verge of first contact with an alien race. The mission's objective: learn everything there is to know about the extraterrestrial intelligence. DJ Surgeles has a longstanding professional relationship with Detroit legend Jeff Mills. Connected through music, DJ Surgeles learned the insides and tricks of Jeff. Many conversations and meetings over the years led to this new concept, The Escape Velocity. DJ Surgeles has also collaborated exclusively with Jeff Mills on the concepts Something in The Sky and STRMRKD, and produced a special Axis Records 10 year anniversary release, The Bells: DJ Mix back in 2007.

LMD fue una idea concebida
para presentar lo mejor de cada año
 en diferentes estilos de música electrónica, dio comienzo en 1997 con los deejays del programa de radio “Destroyer”.

En futuras ediciones, se fueron añadiendo, nuevos componentes y estilos hasta llegar a la edición del año 2000.

Tras esta edición hubo un parón de 13 años, pero se recuperó con el mismo espíritu de antaño, congregando a DJs que presentaban, desde su humilde punto de vista, una selección de las mejores producciones del año.

Este año conmemoramos el 25 aniversario de la creación de este proyecto, en el que han colaborado, a través de su historia, los DJs:

With "SpyInTheHouse" he now returns after 10 years to the “radio business” on a regular basis, where he had been mediating the essentials of electronic music for years between the Techno/House main cities such as Detroit, Chicago or Berlin via "Evosonic" (1997 - 1999) and Cosmium Radio (1999 - 2002). Something that currently wasn’t that easy.

So "SpyInTheHouse" continues to follow the path of enthusiastic overtones and stands simply for the democracy of the so-called "cutting edge" tracks of House, Techno, Acid, Broken Beat and IDM that do sometimes leave the usual club microcosm according to the motto "Take the best from the past and move the next step 4ward into the future!"

Galway based MEJMI is originally trained in classical music, but she has been making a name for herself recently as she’s moved her musical prowess into a the darker territories of minimalistic techno. Her distinct 90’s inspired sound draws influence from acid to rave and is focussed on paying respect to the routes on dance music culture.

MEJMI has garnered a solid reputation for rocking dancefloors in recent times. The young DJ has recently found herself playing on the Polish circuit on both a club and festival level. She has headlined at the slutty virgin festival and K-fest in Kerry and made appearances country wide playing for Cheek Eire, Blue Print Festival, Kriptik , 3ip.ka, Prospekt, Dv8, Electric picnic as well as more gigs forthcoming.
