One hundred 💯 minutes of Early Italian Hardstyle tracks, released between 2000 and 2008. 

It was Early Hardstyle’s exclusive Reverse Bass that made Hardstyle a raw, dark and uncomplicated new harder style.
Italian producers completed that with their authentic and distinguishing signature, which dominated the Hardstyle scene for quite some time. 
I think Early Italian Hardstyle is like how it should be sounding and how Hardstyle was once meant to be. Loved it from day one, love it maybe even more today.

WareHouse Rave #3 - Early Hardstyle ‘Italian Special’ (2000-2008) liveset - 20/09/2025


Formed by Jimmy The Sound & Delfromad. This two deejays with a friendship of more than 20 years, decided in 2005, after organizing some parties together, to fuse and create “2 Brothers of Hardstyle” with “I Love this record” as first production. They declare that important deejays as Zenith, The Prophet or Pavo, were the models that they follow and admire since they started. Their understanding has made them to be a perfect team capable to made exceptional remixes and productions, what has contributed to recognize them as one of the best’s Italian Hardstyle artists.

‘2 Brothers’ has an extensive trajectory with productions like “Cozmic Kick”, “Techno Bastard” or “The Beat Collector”, but the track that really pushed them to fame was “The Hymn”. Their reputation was established thanks to playing at clubs in Italy, Switzerland and especially in Madrid, Spain. They began to perform well live DJ sets in Europe like Groove (E), Hard headz (RU), Frison (Ch), Resistance Festival (Ch), Hardemotion (DE) or Hardiamond (IT). However, the festivals that really impressed them were “Resistance Festival outdoor” in Bern, the “Hardclassics on the Beach ” in Bloomendal (NL) and the “Global Mission” in Madrid.

Their style characterizes for experimenting on new sounds without forgetting the classical Italian kicks. These days, the longest Italian duo in the history of Hardstyle, uses in their performs, by default, the CD’S. They are working to expanse the genre, as is expected to grow up worldwide, without leaving the past of Hardstyle. So stay tuned! 2 Brothers of Hardstyle RULEZ!

I decided to start deejaying late last year (November 2024), after being a daily base house music listener since the early 90’s and a spectator at various raves since 2001. 
To be playing my own favourite tracks with my own gear had always been an ambition but the right time just didn’t came. Until it came November last year and I bought a decent DJ-controller with proper audio gear. 
Without having any deejay experience nor knowledge of how a DJ controller worked or should be operated.  I’d always thought; four-quarter time music mixing can’t be that hard! I just knew I could do it and that I could teach myself some basic deejaying skills. 
After a few months of practicing it's all going pretty well if you ask me 😎

But please forgive me when my self taught mixing skills sound like shit! Don't expect my live recordings to be flawless. There's a lot of progress to be made and my skills are improving step by step. One step at a time! 
Just the fact that I now have the opportunity and equipment to mix, record, and share the music I love so much on this platform with friends and others who’re interested in hearing what DJ Franquillizer is all about, is beyond great! 🙏🏻


              • These are my Musical Memoirs •


The first (big) event I ever attended was Mystery Land  Festival back in 2001. 
A year later, an anniversary edition of Qlubtempo (1st of June 2002, Heineken Music Hall, Amsterdam) got me hooked on Hardstyle. It sounded like nothing else I had ever heard before and the Qlubtempo Hardstyle vibe was unparalleled. It was just perfect.

After Qlubtempo, hardstyle became a big part of my life. It shaped me as a person throughout the years. It contributed to my life in many ways; met my girlfriend at a party 20 years ago, had lots of social interaction at parties which brought me friends that I'm still lucky to have today, and I made memories that last forever.
I am so grateful that I have experienced it all and wouldn't have missed it for anything in the world.

My obsession with Hardstyle is more like an addiction really. I can very proudly say that I’m a Hardstyle junkie for life. What that means like is something I can only explain through the music. The universal language!
Every once in a while I'll present you an Early Hardstyle Classics liveset. Composed the Franquillizer way! 😎
