Origins 001

Melodic Techno Composition in the F#-minor key, 125 bpm, starting with a beautiful vocal and a bassline recorded with the Moog Subsequent 37, mixing in the organic percussion and harmonic pads, building towards the break where the lead is mixed in.

Inspired by the track ''Dancing on my own'' released by Colyn in September 2025. 
Also inspired by the typical bass sound of Stephan Bodzin and the overall sound of Rufus Du Sol and Bob Moses.

MAGIK MUSIK (PART 2)

It’s not often I get asked to play at Techno nights any more, but it is the music I grew up on and the music I love. Now, for me Techno is not about a restrictive paradigm of sounds; it’s a freedom, it’s an attitude and so when I play Techno I tend to bend the traditional definition of what Techno is and bind together a broader arrangement of sounds with that rhythmic relentlessness.

I was over the moon to be asked by my new friends at Intimate Grooves to join them at a great little venue where I think I first played at 25 years ago! It has a great sound, nice and dark so pretty much my perfect space! To celebrate I put a mix together of some new, some old and some very old showcasing my very favourite Techno from over the last 29 years of DJing as well as some cutting edge releases.

Detroit loves everybody

Inspired by Antiloop and Army of lovers style of dance music/EDM from the 90:s where languages ​​and topics mix wildly -on and off the dancefloor. To strengthen alot the songs and make them more personal, I make them in several languages ​​so that more people can understand the lyrics and increase interest in other cultures and languages. I use the latest in apps/PC and mix that with my knowledge in how poems works-from my time as teacher in the Swedish language and literature. 

The lyrics deal with topics that we all feel at times such as loneliness, wanting to be seen, loved, etc. Some of the toons are more symbolic while others are literal in their message.

Every song has also an image that strengthens the song's style and content like a storybook.
