Fritz Jünker is an American-born DJ and selector, who learned the technical craft of mixing and production mid-life.  Now, with the wisdom of a music collector who's lived on four continents, Fritz applies his sharpened ears to curate electronic music mix and dance sets that pay tribute to early, current and broad influences.

Those early 2000's electronic music influences include pioneering artists Kruder & Dorfmeister (+Tosca, Peace Orchestra), Plasikman, Ian Pooley, Moodyman, Atjazz, Portishead, Amon Tobin, Jazzanova, Matthew Herbert, Jimpster, Fauna Flash, Gui Boratto, Wagon Christ, Minilogue, St Germain, Murcof, Aphex Twin, Gotan Project, and Boards of Canada, to name a few.

An accomplished slide guitarist and upright bassist, raised on the bluffs of the Mississippi river in the American plains, Fritz wandered extensively and lived in West Africa, Brazil, and Spain, where confluences were forged between electronic dance & house music, and these three cultures deeply rooted in percussion and multi-rhythmia.  African percussion, Brazilian Batucada, Spanish flair, and Fritz’s American Jazz and Blues musical proficiency make their way into his pensive and diverse modern groove and dance soundscapes.
