Audiochemistry - Two Sides To Me (New alt rock metal band)

Indie noise pop band <a href="http://secretrivals.co.uk" title="Secret Rivals band website" target=_blank>Secret Rivals</a> are releasing a free single, having raised the money to record their debut album through a fan pledge campaign.

The track, “Everything I’ve Lost”, is the first new material to emerge from the album, and will be available to download from their <a href="http://secretrivals.co.uk" title="Secret Rivals band website" target=_blank>website</a> from Monday 24th September. It features Secret Rivals’ trademark boy-girl vocals, synth melodies, indie disco drumbeats, and thrashy guitar.

Secret Rivals are a four-piece indie pop band based in Oxford. Their split boy-girl vocals sing of fall-outs, secrets and despair, with hope and longing to put things right. Musically influenced by the sharp edges of The Cribs, Idlewild, Pixies and The Wedding Present, they produce a sound which has been described as 80s-synth-infused lo-fi indie punk pop in the mould of The Cure and Los Campesinos with vocals likened to riot grrrl bands, Bis and Huggy Bear.
