I've been practicing my vinyl mixing skills a lot lately. I've recorded a few other vinyl sets, but nothing that I thought was good enough to share with my loyal followers.  I recently scored a massive haul of  Old School Florida Breaks. If you are fan of Florida Breaks from back in the 90s and early 2000's, you are going to love this set. There will be plenty more coming in the future. It takes me a while to get the records in playing shape. They are filthy and grimy. One good pass through the ultrasonic cleaner, and they shine like a little jewel in your hand. As always, thanks for listening. Waxing dat Ass! - All Vinyl Set

I'm continuing to sort through, clean, and play the new to me Florida Breakbeat records I've acquired. If you are interested in or love Florida Breaks from the mid-90s thru the early 2000's you're in luck. I have almost 1,000 records that I've never played even once. It's been taking me quite a while to get them all sorted. And before I play them, I run them through my ultrasonic record cleaner. If you have vinyl and are tired of dealing with the lint, gunk, fingerprints, and more, hit me up and ask about the cleaner. It's amazing. You won't want to play a record that hasn't been put thru it again. Anyway,  my vinyl mixing isn't perfect. You'll hear a few spots of imperfection. Vinyl is much, much different than digital. I love the art of the long mix, kinda like the Lost-Art, IYKYK. Well, long mixes with vinyl means you'd better be ready to babysit the records. Speeding up and slowing down the platters is essential. These tracks weren't cut perfectly. The BPMs fluctuate a lot, or not. Babysitting the platters, trying to discern which record is going too slow, or too fast, it can be laborious. It's not a laborious as sorting and cleaning the records, but it's definitely "hands on". Enough about the process. I hope you enjoy the results. So, they call me a DJ, but in my mind, I haven't earned that title, yet. In my world, I am just a regular dude who has always loved all kinds of music. I never ventured to the playing side of the music scene. I was the guy with 2 tape decks(cassettes were so cool) sitting on the coffee table, high-speed dubbing for myself and my friends. Electro & Breaks are my preferred genres.  I'm from the Old Skool Era when the only music choices were Trance, House, and Techno. Miami B.A.S.S. and this dude named ICEE changed all of that for me. I leave my older sets uploaded for me, and others to hear and appreciate the progress I've made through my musical journey. The last 5 years have been a lot of fun.
