Contemplation.

I offer you a seed contemplation and an opportunity to listen to your unique self. I encourage you to observe what has been rising up in an around you during the past week. Then, pause to see what arrives tonight in your subconscious (aka dreaming state) through the next few days. This will give you a specific understanding of what you are ready to shed, transform and build upon during this LUNAR Cycle. Bi-annually, the Fall and Spring Seasons welcome all of us to work on self-governance and emotional regulation/intelligence. All emotions serve; yet, when you lead with them there is a strong possibility you will loose presence and awareness in action.

For all the maidens, women, and wisdom keepers (aka women with no more moon cycles), I want to bring your attention to a second moon that has arrived. You might be feeling this in your physical body (especially in your hips and stomach) coupled with memories and awareness that might be confusing and/or reaffirming. I encourage you to journal (pencil to paper), keep track of your dreams and notice the changes from within. Some of you will experience a deep remembering. Create space to digest and integrate. Just be with it. If you need or want support, reach out and/or comment below.
