Grounding exercise focused on in the moment awareness of our senses. This exercise may support you to calm the nervous system in moments of high anxiety and stress.

Fading Memory is a minimalistic composition that evokes a subtle, simplistic atmosphere with its sparse, loop-based patterns. I checked the map app on my phone many times prior to the stop, just to make sure that I would go the right direction walking to the next transferring bus stop. So after we got off the bus, I said, “This way!” So everybody listened to me and started walking. Let’s have a listen together!
