This was a live set, mixed live on Radio 1 on Mary Ann Hobbes' Breezeblock show. It won the 2001 NME Award for best mix on that show, as voted for by the public. It's eclectic, energetic, and hyperactive, and the manic nature of the performance came across that night.

Our radio program is hosted by Georges Collinet from Cameroon, the radio series is distributed by Public Radio International to 110 stations in the U.S., via XM satellite radio, in Africa via and Europe via Radio Multikulti. 

Berry Lee Bey is a reggae artist originally from the Netherlands, now working from Finland. It is a pseudonym of Martijn Benders, the philosopher and poet.

Jon Carter has been a DJ, producer and recording artist for 35 years. He is about to release his latest artist album ‘Medication Time’ which has already received much early critical acclaim from various music legends, who heard it in late 2023.
One of the shining lights of the 90s/noughties dance scene worldwide, Jon gave up production at the height of his fame, to open pubs, music venues and a retreat venue just outside of London.,
He haslcontinued DJ at various festivals and venues, and is a Glastonbury fixture.
The new album sees Jon return to the fray, with a slew of tracks ranging from discerning styles of house music, acid and techno through to discursive electronica, all underpinned by his trademark eclecticism.

I am a musician, guitar player, composer, graphic/visual artist, "dreamer" and music producer.
I am a founding member of the famous and legendary Jamaican pop and reggae band Tomorrow's Children from the mid 70's to early 80's. We toured extensively and successfully in the Caribbean, West Indies, North and South America including Canada, where I now reside in Toronto. We shared the stage with many famous artist including Bob Marley and the wailers, Byron  Lee and the Dragonaries and the late and great James Brown. I am currently pursuing my dream of completing my repertoire of unfinished songs and tracks and sharing them with the universe. My Motto is, "Music is the Fruit of Love. Let the Music Play On"

Years of computer-assisted music production have shaped his unique sonic universe, where his graphic designer's eye creates bridges between visual and audio landscapes. Driven by passion for electronic sounds and visual creation, Bob Rooky continues contributing his own flavor to France's rich electronic scene.
