Writing poems and songtexts since an early age, the use of AIs like #Udio finally gave me the means to put my texts into music.

Lyrics:

We write in ink that flows from deeper wells,
Against the tide where silenced freedom dwells.
Our voices stitch the wounds of fractured lands,
With shreds of peace from lucre's blood-worn hands.

In corridors of power, sheer gold lines the floors (not for the poor),
With empty hands we're kneeling, pleading at slammed doors (whose shores?).
So righteous our anger, directed at the wrong ones, 
we're led astray, impaired to trace the true bonds.

Rise you silent shadows, now profound,
Our voices clash with drums resounding sound (Sound).

Whispers weave through the fabric of forgotten streets,
In the shadow of debris, where despair and defiance heats.

Where voices are currency in the market of the unrepent.
Beneath the drumbeat of the mundane, silent anthems dwell,
Rhythms written in the margins, stories only time will tell.

Our voices swell, a tide too strong to be withdrawn.
Where chains may rust and walls may fall,
Together, we stand, unbroken, tall.
