KataHaifisch - Chapter 1° - Jungle Journey

KataHaifisch was founded in 2015 as an online Podcastseries. Now, after six years they are going to release their first own Record. Jungle Journey is an “Various Artist“ Compilation. 15 well selected Artists combine their talents on one Record. 11 unique Songs will guide you on a trip through the jungle. While you dive deaper and deaper into the rain forest you can hear and feel the cosy Downtempo vibes. You will experience the organic sounds as rain drops leaving a shiver on your skin. When you close your eyes the hypnotic melodys will show you wild spirits and crazy animals, as you have never seen before. Rhythmic percussions and drums will raise your heartbeat like hunting with Tigers would. Completed with the voice of nature as free as your mind after listening to this Jungle Journey and first release by KataHaifisch.

At the start of the new year we present you the EP "Birdhouse" from our Mexican friends Ykonosh & Mundai. Their unmistakable sound impressed us from the very first minute and we are very pleased to collaborate again.

The release consists of two original tracks, which stand out due to their characteristic vocals and their bouncy groove structure. The tracks are rounded off by exciting remixes from the hands of coss, Amorati, Omeria and Daniel Hokum. As always, the artwork was contributed by our graphic magician Kilian Van de Water and the mastering was done by Haunted Water.

We wish everybody a good and healthy start into the new year and look forward to everything new that is to come.

The second Nova Remix EP contains three songs produced by Planet Caravan, Deep Ändi and Ykonosh. The Supernova remix by Deep Ändi is a smooth song with a relaxed attitude and a nice boost of energy after the main break. Planet Caravan presents his version of Aquanova with a stunning bassline combined with atmospheric pads and hypnotizing lead sounds. Terranova by Ykonosh is a tribal-inspired track with a many groovy elements and a perfectly complementary vocal. Together these Artists create a new adventure trail through the forces of nature. In the depth of music you close your eyes. You close your eyes to open your heart. You open your heart to give in to the strength of floating spaces of music. Welcome to the sound of Just Emma. The duo manages to make you drift from reality to a fictional journey into a different world. For more than four years Alex and Saskia have been part of the electronic music scene, spreading their driving, deep, hence melodic and playful sound focusing on one message their music reveals to every single person: love! While Saskia‘s musical skills developed during early childhood piano lessons, Alex made first contact with electronic music with his “Minimal Lounge“ solo project. Releasing on labels such as Katermukke, Sol Selectas, 3000Grad and Connaisseur Recordings it is their own imprint Underyourskin Records that has been causing a buzz lately and on which Just Emma releases their dark and melodic interpretation of electronic music. Therefore the duo prefers to play the early morning hours to attract the crowd with an ocean of diverse sounds.
