A collection covering 20 years of Nick Grey's music, divided in two thematic parts : "The Shakes" and "The Vapours". Part I is dedicated to the more pop-oriented aspect of Grey's music, while Part II focuses on his darker, more experimental work.

The full collection contains a set of 24 songs : 20 songs curated from Grey's catalog, plus 4 brand new, never before released tracks ("The Monumental" and "What I've Become" on The Shakes, and "The Fading Light of November" and "Radaxian Lost, Radaxian Found" on The Vapours).
