Live and Direct from the Mystical Yoga Farm in Lake Atitlan Guatemala, Just after bringing in the new years at cosmic convergence we took the journey to be apart of the annual Heart Song gathering hosted by Mystical Yoga Farm, where we spent an amazing few days camping, focusing in on the acoustic expression of heart musicalities, that comes naturally through our realities, eating amazing food, meeting amazing beings that some we ended up becoming good friends during our time spend in Lake Atitlan villages and communities..this was part of the program the Acoustic Cacao ceremony Ecstatic Dance lead by Eric Mandala featuring many original compositions of Eric Mandala & The Rainbow warriors of Love and Light unite! and joined by everyone present there with their magical presence and voices! The recording took place on the day before the first Full Moon of 2023! Enjoy the journey to the heart and beyond!

‘Promises’ is a song for the weary and the broken-hearted. In a world full of so many temporary loves that come and go like the wind, the promise of the Lord that He will never leave us or forsake us is a healing balm to a lonely and broken world.

Inspired by the passage in Exodus 34:6-7, I wanted to capture the joy of realising that no matter what I face and no matter how far away I feel from God- I can trust in His faithful love to always be with me.  When I fall apart, He's the one who picks me up. When I'm full of worry or doubt, it's His name that goes beyond my fears and saves me. Even if I have messed up or not loved Him rightly, His love covers all and His mercies are new every morning. So I can come afresh to Him and praise Him because I know that He is faithful and true and all His ways are good. And that when we call out to Him, He immediately turns His face towards us and gives us strength ( Psalm 86:15-16).

I tried to capture musically with the use of strings and layered harmonies the sweet tenderness and relief of finding a steadfast and eternal love that will not fade and that realisation that we are not alone. The drums reflect the unrelenting heart and pursuit of God towards us. My hope is that people would feel engulfed by this faithful and unchanging love that God has for each of us.

LalitaDasika's music is distinguished by her lovely and bright voice tone, which lends a warm and uplifting quality to her songs. Her singing style reflects her love of music and spirituality. She fell in love with Latvian folk songs in 2013, and after releasing two albums, she began to combine mantras into this national type of music, which has since developed to include a new style that solely performs mantras. Now the third album - symbiosis of Latvian folksongs and Sanskrit prayers, is out.
