I was never a big fan of bands with an 'Image' but PLATINUM BLONDE's image was cool. Those matching red and white outfits were something else in the 1980's. This band also stuck to a Guitar / Bass / Drums lineup at a time when Synthesizers had taken over music. This band has many great songs but I had to record a SOMBERFIED version from the STANDING IN THE DARK Album,  DOESN'T REALLY MATTER.
