Allison Rentz is an LPC and the author of the new book Among the Wildflowers.  Allison's book is a guided journal walking the reader through different ways to explore mental health and begin a look into their own lives.  In this episode of Hungry Trilobyte, Allison and I talk about what it means to be a Wildflower, when it's a good thing, and when it's not.  We also spend a little time playing with my pet theory on how Star Trek: Picard discusses generational trauma.
