Nightmares begin where memory falters.
Kareem Matthews never believed the dream could hurt him — not really. But the night his life fractured, when steel and fire took his wife and left him and his daughter broken in a hospital bed, a door opened. Not just in his mind, but in the very fabric of the world.

Volume I was the descent. Kareem fell into a nightmare that felt too real, ruled by an entity known only as The Wraith — a thing of shadow and hymn, a being that rewrote faith into torment. He wandered through ash-choked chapels and choirs that screamed from beneath the earth, fighting to wake, fighting to live, only to discover that the nightmare wanted more than his sleep — it wanted him.

The Knights of Emesis (AKA Regurgitants), a militant faction that sees modern medicine as a form of idolatrous praising of false tubes, makes themselves known and triggers the Great Schism. A celebrated GI doctor’s wedding is violently interrupted by a Knight of Emesis who publicly de-throats the officiating priest and declares the old gods dead. 

Lyrics:
"[Verse 1]
The cathedral hums, guests whisper and cheer,  
A famous GI doctor stands, love shining clear.  
Vows are spoken, rings are aligned,  
A sacred moment, peaceful and kind.  
But shadows stir, a figure moves through the pews,  
A cloak falls back, revealing a threat to all who muse.

[Chorus]
The old gods are dead! A roar fills the hall,  
The Knight of Emesis strikes, the priest starts to fall.  
A sudden, violent motion, a gasp, a scream,  
Blood and chaos ripple through the sacred dream.

Other cloaks fall as the crowd turns in shock,  
Figures emerge, a militant flock.  
"We are the Knights of Emesis!" the leader cries,  
The Tube must flow backward, a rule they idolize.  
Guests stumble and flee, unable to believe,  
The wedding shattered, no one can grieve.

The old gods are dead! The flow shall rise!  
Screams echo upward, panic in every eye.  
The ceremony destroyed, vows ripped apart,  
The Tube convulses violently, a shocking start.

Musican, multiinstrumentalist, composer and artist living in Bergen, Norway

I started making music back in the early 80s using Bontempi keyboard and an old Kawai K4 synth. Been playing in live bands but always wanted to introduce synths and drum machines to guitar music. I left the live band and wanted to make hip hop as I started listening to The Beastie boys, Run Dmc, Public Enemy, NWA but also really loved synth music so I have always tried to mix the 2 types of music which is now my signature sound. My music sounds heavy with huge synth parts, big bass lines and massive drum and old school drum machine Percussion. I hope you enjoy my tracks as much as I love making this type of music.
