Jojo Mason makes his second appearance on the podcast both while in the process of making tour stops near me. I talked to Jojo about the Some Things Never Change Tour headlined by Dallas Smith with a large group of acts. The Jojo talks about how the show works well with the variety of different sounds and takes on the country music genre from tour mates James Barker Band, Manny Blu, Meghan Patrick, Kelly Prescott and Shawn Austin. We also talked his newest sing "Lay Me Down Easy," fitness as well as him about to become a father in August. This is a special one for me because after the interview Jojo with his tour manager Paul Mack helped hook me up with a photo pass where I was able to shoot the show and the cover image for the episode is one of those pictures.

Galen Donaldson also known as RogueEffect is a DJ, and Producer who hails from the heart of the Kootenay Region, Nelson B.C. Canada. The RogueEffect project started back in 2012, but Galen started seriously mixing in early 2013. In the beginning, RogueEffect explored more chilled out types of Electronic Music like House and Trance, then in late 2014 got really into the mesmerizing beats of Bass Music (Mid-Tempo, Bass House, Dubstep, Drum & Bass, Trap, and Halftime).

Early in 2016 RogueEffect started dabbling with Music Production, by 2018 he was comfortable enough to actually make, and release music. The end of 2019 saw RogueEffect's first remixes released, and there is tons planned for the future. His music production style varies heavily from genre to  genre, but Drum & Bass is his true love.

If you catch RogueEffect at a live show you’ll be seriously impressed by the amount of genres he laces out. Truly a real Deejay and crowd hyper. RogueEffect  has crushed festivals, clubs, raves, and parties all over the Kootenays, and surrounding area. RogueEffect has also had the honour to open for the acts of Stylust, Neon Steve, Kermode, Perkulat0r, Thelem, Snak The Ripper, R.A. The Rugged Man & A-F-R-O, Cryptic Wisdom, and Lil Windex to name a few… Now there is no stopping this powerhouse of nasty bass that makes your face melt and booty drop.
