PORTABLE MINDS

Headed up by ascending, London based artist Jody Barr, Portable Minds is an independent imprint that aims to operate outside of the constraints of close-mindedness. The intention set by Barr is for the platform to allow both himself and his peers to express themselves freely without having to compromise their productions and the output will predominantly take the shape of single-artist EPs that showcase the more daring and unique facets of participants studio skills. 

Having been inaugurated by Barr himself with his ‘Culture Vulture’ EP - a release that caught the attention of producers such as Jamie Jones, XXXy, Laurent Garnier and Groove Armada - upcoming releases will eventually bring more into the fold. All bringing with them the same degree balance of intrigue and power, EPs will be largely focused towards the dance floor although the experimental streak running through the project will no doubt result in some records falling left-of-centre.

Eternal Beats are people dedicated to music. We value emotions that every human feels trusting our musical taste and sound concept. We appreciate the hypnotic rhytms and select progressive sound carefully. 
Eternal Beats Team was formed by confluence of three outstanding Belarus musicians - Ivanshee, Gleb Rubens, Naxound. We are going to produce successful and established artists as well as to discover new names. 
We release our music by leading retailers at the digital music market such as iTunes, Beatport, Juno, AudioJelly, TrackItDown, DJDownload and many others.

Somewhere in 1997 I signed to the national radiostation Topradio.
In May 2003 we started our radio-concept 'Rotationz', "Music From The Heart" > Check It Out: http://www.rotationz.be

The First Rotationz Cd Compilation Was Released In May 2008 (3xCD, Long Versions)! >> The Best Of 5 Years Rotationz! 

The past years we've been broadcasting dj sets from all over the world by the most famous deejays (+ interviews)  & all those years we've received support from over 1000 labels worldwide. 

Over more than 18 years (till summer 2021) I broadcasted my radioshow 'Rotationz' every sunday evening on more than 20 Topradio frequencies through Belgium (Fm - streaming - dab+ & digital tv).

From September 2021 till August 2022, we broadcasted the show every sunday evening on 'The One Ibiza' & 'The One Marbella' between 21H00 and 22H00 + DanceTunes Radio (every FRIDAY between 22H00 and 24H00).

From Now On (February 2023), we broadcast the show every sunday evening on 'Radio TRL' between 20H00 and 21H00 (Rotationz: New Music) + every wednesday evening between 20H00 and 22H00 (Rotationz Classics). 

My music style = organic house - progressive house & melodic house. 
My sound reflects lots of melodic, euphoric and atmospheric influences/elements. It's all about the emotion & the right atmosphere in the music.

The past years, I was programmed alongside deejays such as Ida Engberg, Butch, Ramon Tapia, Henry Saiz, The Freemasons, CP, Airwave, Frankie Jones, Yves Deruyter, The Mackenzie, Dave Swayze, ...

In the early years I contributed lots of interviews and music reviews for # magazines (Move-X, Outsoon, BG Update Holland).

I also produced & remixed some tracks under my moniker 'The Mystic Force'

In April 2023, Damian performed as a guest DJ at HeyDJ AU, following his success in the "The DJMixtape" competition the previous year. He also energized 17,000 runners at the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival in September 2019 with his music.

Damian resided in London for a time, where he contributed to the popular house night "Lopsided" and performed at both Club Libertaire and Dust Bar. His international reach extended to a guest DJ slot on MC Energy's "A State of Dance" radio show in Auckland, New Zealand, as well as a performance at The Loft UTS in Sydney, Australia.

Influenced by The Shamen, Fat Boy Slim, and The Chemical Brothers, Damian's DJing style reflects his deep passion for music.

Beyond music, Damian holds the position of Digital Media Director for the Cause Film Festival (CFF), where he aids filmmakers, charities, and causes in broadening their audiences.

Pattn pushes a sound at the intersection of deep house, indie dance, UK breaks and melodic house. His personal magnetism is expressed through his technical approach, fusing deep rhythms, enrapturing melodies and provoking vocals to awaken our desire for interconnectedness. 

Pattn has enjoyed an explosive impact with a series of appearances with fabric, gaining recognition as a ‘sonic storyteller,’ which has led to securing himself as a resident at the London institution. 

Elsewhere across the capital, Pattn has clocked gigs at FOLD, E1, Phonox, whilst an impromptu visit to the White Isle saw Pattn close out the Wild Corner at the Hï Ibiza closing party. 

Within the last year, he’s shared the stage with countless pioneers - Sasha, Denis Horvat, Innellea and Echonomist to name but a few - a testament to his natural ability to leave a mark on a party and subsequently rise through the ranks. 

In the studio, Pattn is working on multiple projects in collaboration with idols and friends, to complement his catalogue of upcoming releases:

‘Another Spin’, his debut EP alongside Berlin based Joy Tyson, was released on Labyrinth Records in April 2023. 

‘My Celia,’ produced alongside Adnan Khadra, was released in August 2023 as part of fabric Records ’SELECTS’ compilation.

I was into hip hop and soul growing up and discovered DJ-ing in 1991 in Oxford, learned to beatmix with a copy of Outlander "Vamp", got deep into progressive house during its epoch, spent my student grant in Massive Records and my summer job money at Tag Records in Soho, DJ-ed in the back room of the Ministry and at the Wag and at parties in France, Russia and South Africa, then went travelling in my mid twenties and fell in love the with the guitar instead. Was in various bands and got my musical kicks that way. Life happened, kids happened, nothing much happened...then in my forties I started running and found mixes got me through it...and then lockdown happened. I found myself doing the hoovering and relying on John Digweed's bunker sets to get my through it...and started to realise how much amazing music is out there.   So now I'm back to home mixing on the Djay app in the iPad and playing out again at 50th birthdays!
