Welcome to the October Full Moon Guided Meditation! I’m grateful to meditate with you under this healing and fiery October Full Moon. The October Full Moon will be at its fullest expression on October 9, 2022 at 1:55pm PDT.

Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to release whatever has been pushing you to your tipping point. Along with letting go of anything or anyone that isn’t moving you towards your truest self. Next, harnessing the energy of the full moon and Asteroid Chiron, The Wounded Healer, I’ll guide you to activate your peaceful warrior energy and gain a couple powerful protection energy tools!

The background music is 5 Hz Binaural Beats. Listening to that alone, moves us into a Theta State, our optimum meditative state. Theta moves us into receptivity, opens our mind's eye to activate dreamlike imagery, creativity and improved moods. It’s the ideal state to let go of stress, anxiety and old patterns.

The October Full Moon is connected to the alchemical fire element. Fire represents love, desire, anger, power, strength, assertiveness, light, and energy. Fire transforms ideas into action! Under the October Full Moon, this strong fiery energy may be pulsing under our skin. Activating the need to move this energy. We simply can’t stay in one place, this energy has to move to evolve! So exciting!

There is healing potential is given to us by the asteroid Chiron. Chiron is known as ‘The Wounded Healer’ and is the Gatekeeper to The Rainbow Bridge. Chiron’s energy represents the process of our evolution through awakening. When we have been pushed to our breaking points and maybe cut so deep- we become aware that these wounds can’t be fixed, they’re just too deep! OUCH! Instead we can transform these wounds into powerful tools of awakened strength, wisdom and compassion!

October Full Moon Guided Meditation | 5 Hz Theta | Chiron + Full Moon Activation  | Let Go + Let in

On October 25, 2022 at 3:49am PDT we have a Solar Eclipse New Moon! This new moon is in Scorpio. Scorpio energy is powerful! With themes of healing, transformation and regeneration. It's also a water sign and the moon feels at home within this water element.

Water purifies, heals and transforms. Providing us with life supporting power. As it flows to unknown or deep crevices, it gathers momentum and power to nurture life. As we emulate nature and the cosmos, this can heighten our emotional sensitivity and may make us feel like we are either flowing with the tides; or swimming against the current. Are you feeling these cosmic effects already?

New Moons also initiate new cycles in our life and guide us to go inwards. Think of it this way, the darkness of the moon pulls us inward and the light of a full moon moves us outward. Have you ever felt that tug and pull? 

This is also a solar eclipse which are about 100 times more potent than any new moon! Providing us with quantum leaps to higher timelines and new opportunities that are far beyond our physical comprehension. Isn't that exciting?!

The Scorpio energy is also asking us to become self reflective. To dive deep into our emotional wounds. Guiding us to finally let go of whoever or whatever brings discontentment into our lives. Making space for more joy, peace and love and manifesting our biggest hopes and dreams into reality! This is one of the reasons why I love this meditation so much. This eclipse is activating within us, our power to transform ourselves, regardless of our past. 

Under the October Solar Eclipse New Moon, we are being shown that even when things are shedding and crumbling around us. When we hardly recognize ourselves in the mirror anymore, that this is all part of the metamorphic cycle of death and rebirth. From scorpion, to eagle to a phoenix.

Welcome to the November Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse Guided Meditation!
I’m honored to meditate with you under this highly transformative Total Blood Moon Eclipse. This a long eclipse with the duration being from November 8, 2022 at 1:09am through 4:49am PST. However, with eclipses we feel the effects for around six months, if not longer. 

Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to release and break any generational and ancestral chains that still bind under the power of the lunar eclipse. Next, just as the light from the moon is brought into darkness during a lunar eclipse, so are we. Welcome to the December Full Moon Guided Meditation. This full moon will fully express itself on October 7, 2022 at 8:08pm PST. On this evening, we can witness the full moon coming close to planet Mars. The moon will hide Mars in parts of the world during this time. On December 8, Mars will reach its highest point in the sky at midnight and will set at sunrise. It will outshine even the brightest star, Sirius, our Spiritual Sun.

The December Full Moon is connected to the very lively and fast moving Gemini Air Element. It’s a very playful and social energy. Often moving through at the speed of light. Where you may question if it even happened. You may even feel like you are literally buzzing and then the next breath, you may find yourself retreating back inside or inward. 
 
This Full Moon is asking us to become malleable and flexible like Air. To go with the flow of life. Letting go of rigidity to become like our breath, the ability to move in and out of energy and not becoming stagnant.

Under the December Full Moon; an astronomy anomaly is active called ‘The Great Attractor’. The enormous gravity of The Great Attractor acts as a vacuum and clears everything in its path. Shifting time and space and has the ability to bend light so we may get a glimpse of what’s behind a path that we take!

As our Human emulates Nature. Our Being emulates the Cosmos. Collectively, The Great Attractor is guiding us towards the path of Natural Law vs. Man Made Law. Every new moon, The Moon starts a new cycle. As we emulate the cosmos, so do we! The December Super New Moon is the 2nd of 5 New Moons; all in 1 degree of their astrological sign. Meaning we are all cosmically going through cycles of brand new chapters personally and collectively. Only when a chapter ends can a new one begin.   New Moons are also designed to supercharge our manifesting and this being a Super Moon it's even more powerful to help us activate our intentions. January Super New Moon Guided Meditation | New Moon + Lunar Year of the Rabbit Activations | 417 Hz

We have a full moon at it's fullest expression on 05 Feb 2023 at 10:29am PST 🌝 ♌️ 🦁 I’m grateful to shift with you under this heart centered full moon!

Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to let go to let in under the February Full Moon. Specifically around love and feeling safe to shine. Next, your Higher Self &amp; the full moon, will guide you to step into a higher state of being where you authentically thrive within your heart center.

For an additional layer of shifting, the background music is 432 Hz which is the frequency of the Universe’s Heart Beat. Simply listening to that alone, research finds it reduces stress and promotes emotional stability by syncing us to the “heartbeat of the Universe.”

The February Full Moon is guiding us towards our hearts! Encouraging us to let go of our fears. To lead with love when we can. To create joy and magic within ourselves. Once we do, the love, joy and magic with reflect and shine out into the world as a signal to let others know it’s safe to shine! Also holding the grace for yourself that we can't always do this and that's ok!

One of the favorite things I love about the February Full Moon is it's also known as the Rowan Tree Moon and is rich in mysticism! It represents strength, resilience and protection. It's said to be the tree from which the first woman was made!

The February Full Moon is also connected to the Fire Element and Courageous Leo! This gentle lion energy can stir up experiences of transformation, integrity, creativity, warmth and passion around our hearts and how we receive and express love. For me, this has been showing up in my dream space. How is it showing up for you?
