Bio:
The duo Lauge & Baba Gnohm consists of Henrik Laugesen and Kalle Christensen, both born in 1985 in Denmark. 
They first met in 2008 in Christiania. After a successful day in the studio, they decided to put their previous solo projects on hold, and team up. 
Lauge & Baba Gnohm was formed in the late winter of 2008, and that wintery feeling which was present in their first tracks, still leave traces in their more recent soundscapes. 

Henrik and Kalle are heavily inspired by nature, especially the arctic parts of the world. 
Till now Lauge & Baba Gnohm have had many releases on various labels around the globe, as well asbeing part of a sync company dealing with soundtracks for movies and documentaries. 

The very first Lauge & Baba Gnohm collaboration release was The Perfect Stranger which was released on the German record label Blue Tunes Records. Along with releases on different compilations, Lauge & Baba Gnohm have released two EPs: Daybreak, on Soundmute, and Monolith, on Chillbase and the full length album "Langbortistan" on Altar Records.

About
It all started 1998 with the P2P platform Audiogalaxy and our Goatrance group DEEP-GOA Club (Switzerland). There we discovered, released and shared countless albums with our 800 group members.

After the shutdown of Audiogalaxy, in Soulseek 2003-2004 we had a short stay, then we discovered P2P Direct Connect, where we could build & interconnect various international PtokaX hubs http://www.ptokax.org/ (located in Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland) to one P2P network. The DSNetwork (Deep Space Network, based on the NASA program) was born.

At the culmination of the DSNetwork about 3'000 people were connected daily via our network. And again we shared TBs of Music ;)

Due to the technical complexity (LUA scripts, multichat, hub rules, hardware etc.) and the emergence of new platforms aka MySpace, SoundCloud and other streaming services, new tech like Smartphones and so on, the Direct Connect DSNetwork slowly dissolved.

And we aged too.

2007 we started our project at Wordpress, called DEEPGOAs electronic sessions. The preparation and creation of a daily electronic music global guide (DJ sets & mixes, promos, news and creative commons netlabel releases) was a challenge which lasted until the middle of 2010. (After more than 5.5 million visitors, about 13'000 daily visitors, Wordpress was not amused :) https://deepgoa.wordpress.com is dead.

Today it’s quieter … but we are still alive.

Behind the trance project of N.A.S.A. we find Danish music producer Mikkel Leonhardt Rasmussen who has been producing various forms of electronic music for almost 20 years. 
A member of the Danish psychedelic trance music scene for almost two decades, Mikkel began his career when he decided to form the Gnome Effect project with another like-minded producer and later expanded his efforts into a solo project with the acronymic name N.A.S.A.
His career has since then flourished and he has been able to perform his music at events over the years, including prominent festivals such as Boom, Ozora, S.U.N., Aurora, Fullmoon and several others. 

More recently he has embraced his passion for ambient and chillout music, which resulted in with his second full-length album being exclusively chillout and ambient music, which was released on Iboga Records. 

Since then he has been working on new material in both the trance and chillout genres, and is slowly mapping out ideas for new album projects.
