This Vantara Vichitra episode features MAPA PANDIGA and his "Dear Bear" titled mix. One of the forgotten fairy tales tells us about a Mapa Pandiga, a Himalayan black bear who is a sage, a guru, a teacher, a mentor. He knows a lot of legends, which only the forest can tell to its natural habitats. This live set consists of previous releases and a few upcoming tracks as well.

MAPA PANDIGA | Vantara Vichitra Series Ep. 7 | 13/04/2023

Vantara Vichitra present KARASH. One day, one of Karash's best friends (Noon alias Joan) made him listen to a track from Shiva Shandra...It was a real shock! "It's possible to do that with synthesizers!!!" Then in 2000, Karash had his first contact with Goa music, completely captured by the vibes and the sounds, and in 2002, he began to produce sounds just for fun. In 2003 he joined MTS (MantraTribeSystem) in order to organize parties around Geneva with the help of Padma (a well known DJ in the Swiss French region) and also to have the opportunity to play live act under the name of MTS. When he first met Electrypnose at an afterparty, Karash was just killed by his sounds and his music style. This was the beginning of a true friendship that led to a joint produced album under the "Cerebral Factory" project. He released his first versus album with Electrypnose in 2007, followed by his second album "All In", then a more experimental one, "Shapeshifter", released on 2to6 Records, and his last album named "Cadavre Exquis" came out in 2015. In 2023 he joined Vantara Vichitra Records and will be releasing his new EP soon.

KARASH | Vantara Vichitra Series Ep. 8 | 11/05/2023

This episode features JANGARAMONGARA with a live set "Dedicated To Vantara Vichitra",  and mostly contains previously released music on the label. Tetsuya from Japan is the man behind this project. Jangaramongara is perhaps the best way to describe the music produced under this project. The word is an onomatopoeia, which means the word stands for the sound that is describes. His first stint in Goa was in 1998. Upon returning back home to Japan, Tet began blasting psytrance music at loud volumes. His mother’s response to his newfound passion was that the music sounds like gibberish, or “jangaramongara”. Jangaramongara has rapidly become a hot favourite all over the world, with labels, musicians and dancers alike.

Vantara Vichitra Records is very happy to announce its 23rd release. This time, it's a Double CD VA featuring artists from multiple labels who have been a part of the Vantara Vichitra Gathering over the past 10yrs.
  
This VA has been almost 3years in the making and it gives me immense joy to finally bring this to your sound systems.

This CD pack consists of 19 tracks in an 8 panel digipack, A3 Size Poster, 2 Stickers and all this securely packed inside a CD Box.

This Art work is just a teaser of a massive detailed artwork project done by Gaoshan Oolong from Ukraine.

Azrael is the alter-ego of Felix Gerdts from Berlin. 
His first contact with the psychedelic movement happened in 2011 at small parties around his hometown Freiburg, black forest where he discovered the world of the night psychedelic soundscapes and immediately fell in love with them.

Early on he had the feeling that "just" listening would not be enough, he had to get behind the decks and so he found his passion for mixing deep sounds to create new, unknown stories of his favourite artists and labels.
In 2014 he played his first small gig under the name Azrael and the project was born....

Nowadays, 11 years later he is playing for Quadrivium Records, Funky Freaks Records and Banyan Records as a Label DJ and is part of the legendary Gaggalacka Festival crew. 

Over the years he played in noumerous countries such as Malta, Switzerland, Austria, Macedonia, Portugal, Albania, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, India, Spain, Cyprus, Italy, Finnland, UK, France, Norway and of course Germany

As he is constantly searching for new ways to express himself with music, his sets are characterized through organic and atmospheric stories with a generous deeply groove and range from 147 to 155 bpm, composing sets that makes you feel like the woods are whispering to you.

The Ektomorph sound is aimed to take its listeners on a journey to another place with its well thought out synth work, eerie soundscapes, And deep, sharp & groovy bass-lines he is so well known for.

Spiral is the Musical Master Plan of Shahveer from Bombay/India ,Created in early 2006.He Specializes in Psytrance Music with a combustion 
of Innovative arrangements,Visionary Designs and Euphoric Landscapes.His Power Packed Performances are appreciated by blasting dancefloors all over the world.He was Immersed into the world of sound from a young age by his father who owned a professional recording studio in the early 90`s and his uncle Gary Lawyer was the pioneer of Rock music in India.

His first releases date back to 2006 on Ketuh Recs on the compilation Psychic Imprint and Digital Drugs by Geomagnetic Recs.

Spiral has played in Massive Music Festivals like Modem Festival (croatia) Master of Puppets(czech Republic)Hitech Revolution(Brazil)Psyfari Festival (Australia) to name a few! and Events in Austria , Spain , Italy , Germany , dubai Switzerland and India.

He is also a qualified Sound Engineer and has done over 500 advertisments in the prestigious Bandwagon Recording Studios.
