“Getting in Tune – Live @ Bistrot 2019” – FACTORY
Tra le gemme più rare della serata al Bistrot di Sassari, Getting in Tune – brano tratto dal repertorio più intimista degli Who – rappresenta uno dei momenti più intensi e vulnerabili del live dei Factory. Una versione sentita, tesa, costruita tutta sull’equilibrio precario tra controllo e abbandono.
Fabrizio Cherubini, alla voce, si confronta con una linea melodica impegnativa e sfidante. Ogni parola, ogni nota sembra un passo in salita, uno sforzo sincero per tenere insieme emozione e tecnica. E proprio questa lotta rende la performance così autentica: la voce non è perfetta, è vera. È un uomo che cerca di accordarsi con sé stesso e con il mondo, esattamente come recita il titolo.
Giorgio Sale, alla chitarra, abbandona ogni orpello per concentrarsi su pochi interventi mirati ma incisivi, dando un’anima blues-rock alla base armonica, quasi a sorreggere con discrezione ma fermezza l’intero brano.
Silvio Vinci, per questa esecuzione, mette da parte l’Hammond e si dedica esclusivamente al pianoforte acustico, regalando un accompagnamento sobrio, delicato ma essenziale, come recita l'andamento dell'originale. I suoi accordi sembrano piccoli respiri tra una strofa e l’altra, dando aria alla voce e spessore al silenzio, fino all'esplosione della cavalcata finale dove picchia sui tasti del piano per strappare il brano alla modalità ballad e donarla all'inferno rock'n roll Mod. 
La sezione ritmica, composta come sempre da Chris Pain al basso e Luca Monaco alla batteria, accompagna con tatto, lasciando che la canzone si sviluppi in modo naturale, senza mai forzarne i tempi.
Una versione che non cerca di stupire, ma di entrare in sintonia. E ci riesce.
